We immediately noticed the simplicity of both the vertical and horizontal Tom Bihn’s cache-type of iPad case. They are also quite thick and extremely soft which could certainly provide maximum protection for your iPad.
Best Use
Tom Bihn’s caches are ideal for traveling. They are intended to be placed inside a bag or backpack since the caches do not have a handle, shoulder strap or snaphooks. These caches solve the worries of most travelers as they provide great protection on your iPad while on their trip.
Features
The caches come in vertical or horizontal style. They have the same size but the only difference is that the flap of the horizontal cache is much longer than that of the vertical one.
The vertical and horizontal caches do not have a lot of grand features. They both come in simple and minimalist style. Each cache features soft and durable foam and the flaps have black-colored edges that serve as the design. The Tom Bihn’s logo is placed on the top right corner of both the caches.
The great thing about these iPad cases is that they no longer need a Velcro or a zipper for closure. The flaps secure your iPad in place simple by inserting them inside. Also, another snap-on case can comfortably fit inside the caches.

These caches are made from 4 layers of Taslan which make them tremendously soft. The ¼ in foam provides superior protection against dirt, scrapes, scratches, and even from accidental drops or bumps while adding just a little bulk to your iPad.
Pricing
Tom Bihn’s vertical and horizontal caches retail for $30 each. The protection each iPad case offers is certainly worth more than what you’ll pay for.
